WordPress Users Do You Need WP Pipeline?

igorGriffiths June 22, 2013 3

These are 2 of the biggest fears lurking within every person that manages a WordPress installation.

1. Sites being hacked

2. Database corruption

Either of these are show stoppers as far as the site is concerned and of course if you did not have a site backup then truly all is indeed lost!

This is where WP Pipeline would have helped to save the day.

Of course if you are managing only one site then its no big deal to each day pay the site a visit and perform the necessary security and backup processes.

However if you have more than one site, its impractical to do these tasks manually which is why currently you may not be doing them, which is a decision that will come back to haunt you should anything go wrong with your site.

I hope you never have that bleak day but with this plugin it would not be a problem.

3 Levels of Protection

There are several key features that will reduce the likelihood of you experiencing either of those 2 fears.

Firstly, there is the update monitor which allows you to remotely check and implement WordPress, plugin and theme updates. By keeping your site up to date you will close rapidly any newly discovered exploits thus reducing the likelihood of a successful hacking attempt.

Secondly, if you have a recent backup then should the worst happen, your site can be back up and operating within a few hours. Tony and Ben made a wise decision to work with a leading backup provider so you know that the sites of you and your clients will always be safe.

Thirdly, with remote reporting you can quickly generate site health reports that identify any site issues and thanks to this software you can resolve them in equally quick time. These reports can of course be used to highlight the benefits of your service to any clients that utilize your site management service.

As a WordPress user, you will like me have your own set of core plugins that get added to every site.

These core plugins can be grouped together and stored ready to be used on your next site or even during a current site update. This all means that each of your sites can be operating with maximum efficiency and speed thanks to there being no obsolete plugins or themes.

Affiliate Marketers

So you finally got a well converting site layout and the site is attracting all the right people who are keen to buy what your offering. Once you reach this wonderful stage perhaps its now time to think about entering a new niche.

That of course means setting up a new site and that all takes time, effort and expense if you choose to outsource this.

Well thanks to WP Pipeline, you have the option to clone your proven site and then get back to adding content that will bring in these new visitors and buyers.

I use WP Pipeline every day and I recommend you do likewise, it really does make looking after your WordPress sites simple, quick and painless,

WP Pipeline, make your sites safe today!

This is really cool Igor because I’ve been looking for a plug-in that will clone a blog. Now all the other features sound great too but I’m pretty much covered with those.

So I have a question for you. If you clone the blog then can you save it as a theme or do you have to have this plug-in installed on the other blog and then you just connect it in that way? This will be the deciding factor on whether I get it or not.

Thanks a bunch for this post.

Well hello Adrienne, Now I am not sure I understand the question because a blog is a site with content which would be managed via the backup service and then reinstalled elsewhere using the backup service. As for themes, yes you can customize a theme, then create a clone able theme with the customization preserved. You will need the slave plugin on each new site to allow WP Pipeline Master plugin to communicate with the new sitehttp://moneymakerexaminer.com/wp-admin/edit-comments.php#comments-form.
